That was a great sunday of singing I thought. Is it me or do we sound best when we’re singing more softly?? Logically speaking, that’s when we’re most able to hear each other. Some of the loudest moments were fantastic too of course! Just thinking….
Comment by kk October 8, 2007 @ 4:35 pmYou call that singing? Just kidding…
Comment by ./MiS October 8, 2007 @ 6:14 pmYes it was great fun.
Isn’t it (soft=best) a question of perception? Loud sounds jump at us, quiet sounds draw us in and we tend to listen more carefully to the detail. Conversely, aren’t we capable of producing more detail when singing softly? Don’t we have more control? Just thinking… I have very little singing experience. In any case, thanks for the great experience.
